~ I am a 500 hour E-RYT certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master/Healer based out of the Tampa Bay area. I have been teaching yoga, meditation, and practicing energy work full time for over 13 years ~

 

MY STORY

For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about physical fitness. Fifteen ☆ years ago (when I was going through a particularly tumultuous time and reeling from one trauma after the next -- since childhood) I came to a pivotal revelation. I started to notice that though most exercise brings forth a physical high, the mental uplift can wear off quickly. When this realization occurred, I deepened my personal Yoga practice. Each day I became more present, as well as physically and mentally stronger. I began to work through deep seated emotional wounds of the past and found a coping mechanism for my PTSD through a meditative Yoga practice. Though I felt content, something was missing; I wanted to share this practice that felt so necessary and natural for my mind, body, and spirit. This inspired my studies in becoming a Yoga professional to commence ~

 

As a Yoga Instructor/Guide, my intention is for all to feel healthy and happy. The time you spend in my classes and private sessions will help you re-energize, get fit and heal -- while reconnecting with yourself and others.

 

Through the globally recognized Yoga Alliance - I am certified in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation. I earned my 200-hour certification through Yoga Energy Studio in St. Petersburg, FL & my 300-hour certification with Garnet Heart Yoga in West Palm Beach, FL.

 

I am also proficient in instructing various other types of Yoga: Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Kids Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation.

 

From 2017-2020, I was a lead instructor in a Registered Yoga Teacher Training program -- guiding students to become teachers.

I am the author of my own 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program - through Lau Light & Love Yoga & a Reiki Master Program.

*In addition - I am a Certified Dharma Yoga Wheel Teacher, taught by the Original Yoga Wheel Creators: Dov Vargas & Raquel Vamos.

*I am also - a certified Reiki Master through Healing Today at the All World Acres Sanctuary in Plant City, FL.

 

Teaching Yoga is my true calling, and I strive to learn more each day, every class, and from all of my beautifully unique students.
